The Corporate University at LAICA trains its personnel in different important topics for the personal and professional development of the collaborator, implementing a training method based on constructivism to guarantee that learning happens under “learn by doing” techniques.
ULAICA is mostly made up by internal instructors: collaborators that stand out in different areas or organization processes, and we offer pedagogic training to develop their ability to transmit their knowledge and experiences.
Each collaborator can take one or several development plans so that they can move forward in their professional development and manage to grow within the company.
Thanks to the results and the vision of this program, ULAICA has been granted the Excellency Award of the Chamber of Industries of Costa Rica (CICR).
