LAICA for everyone is a program that promotes hiring people with disabilities in the organization, adapting the work place and providing training according to the needs of each person, for those who come and work for us and for the rest of our collaborators, who are a fundamental part of this process.
Thanks to this initiative the institution has been recognized by several national entities, recognizing the success of this program.
