Taboga is located in Cañas, Guanacaste, and it is responsible for 59% of the cane production of the area.
This mill uses cane from the cantons of Cañas, Bagaces, and Abangares; it has a milling capacity of about 7,200 metric tons of cane per day, and produces white, special white and raw sugar.
It also has a distiller plant where it produces alcohol and an energy co-generation plant that sells its services to external companies.
